Meet the team

Danielle Stones, Founder and Physiotherapist

BSc (Hons), MCSP, HCPC

Founder Danielle obtained her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Leeds Metropolitan University, achieving a first-class honours degree in 2014. After graduating, Danielle worked for a handful of well-established private clinics and sports teams as a physiotherapist. Here, she developed her expertise in managing Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic and outpatient rehabilitation.

Danielle holds additional training in Acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy, and hands and plastics. Danielle helps patients achieve their goals with a combination of manual and exercise therapy.

Danielle started DLS Physiotherapy from her parents’ house in 2017. The following year, she had the unexpected opportunity to acquire a practice in the area she lived and went to school in. She was delighted at the amount of support shown by the community, and went on to employ the team she has today to continue the DLS journey.
